Final vouchers for the bookings shall be issued basis on subject to the availability of all services.

Any services already booked by clients can’t be cancelled if clients want to cancel without any valid reason. In such circumstances, the refund can’t proceed and the service shall not be cancelled.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS PICK-UP & DROP OFF PROCEDURE. – Gold Coast Sydney Melbourne tour package

For pick-up transfers flights should be reached at least 1 hour before pick-up time at the airport and for drop-off transfers flights should depart at least 04 hours after drop-off time therefore please choose flights accordingly.

Please book flights within the above-mentioned time frame for the smooth functioning of airport pick-up and drop-off transfers.

No refund alternative transfers or changes shall be allowed for missed transfers due to flight delay or any reason for passengers booked on different flight timings. Passengers will have to make their way to the hotel or airport on their own. However, if all passengers are booked on the same flight then coach timings can be changed accordingly.

Coaches shall not wait for passengers for more than 05 minutes either at the hotel or airport for pick-up or drop-off. If any passenger surpasses the stipulated time at the hotel or airport, then the coach shall leave and move from the hotel or airport.

Transfer rates for 01 to 09 passengers’ seat in coach or private or 10 to 50 pax can be provided at supplement cost.

Guests may have to wait for at least 45 to 60 minutes for pick-up or drop-off transfers for a coach to arrive.

Customers must proceed immediately to the designated meeting spot and endeavour to contact coach company personnel as soon as possible, if you are unable to establish contact with the coach company personnel, please call our customer service number at the emergency contact number printed on the final voucher during 24×7.

In the event of ‘no show’ Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner shall not be responsible for providing or reschedule pick-up or drop-off transfers as it might be possible that group transfers may not be operating on the same day after the scheduled transfer or may not be operating on a subsequent day. In the event of missed flights Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner is not responsible for providing any group transfers or rescheduling any group transfers on the same day or subsequent day. No refund shall be provided for no-shows or missed transfers and clients will have to proceed on their own to hotels.

For hotel pickups passengers must proceed to the hotel foyer/lobby or outside the hotel at the scheduled pick-up time. Coach company personnel will not report to the concierge or lobby of the hotel if clients are unable to locate the coach. If no contact is made with the customer within the 05-minute grace waiting time, the transfer will be considered a ‘No Show’. If the customer has not been met by the driver at the scheduled time the customer must contact ‘Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner customer service at the emergency contact number printed on the final voucher within the 5 mins grace waiting time. No refund will be granted unless contact has been made.

Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner shall not be responsible for refund or compensation of domestic or international flights due to missed transfers by the clients or due to delay by the clients.

The banks always follow the stock markets and current market scenarios to confirm BSR. Again and again, we reiterate that we wouldn’t accept any payment based on the rate of exchange from WWW.XE.COM or any online rate exchange website.

Currency exchange rates generally change daily depending on the fluctuations in the market. Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner reserves the right to charge the package as per the prevailing market exchange rate.

Any changes relating to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking. Likewise, once a booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.

All rates are valid for the leisure market only. Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner will not accept responsibility for any booking if it becomes known that a client is not travelling for leisure purposes. Hotels may refuse to honour our contract rate and charge the rack rate to the clients directly.

Rates include applicable hotel taxes. Tourist/local/city taxes which generally include the use of local services may not be included. If city tax needs to be paid at the hotel, this info might be shown in Remarks and on the voucher.

If you are booking within 25 days of the date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

Any amendment or cancellation made by the traveller would be chargeable as per the cancellation policy.

You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost/tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken and the rest amount within 5 days of confirmation of the package.

Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if for some reason short payment has been made.

If cancellation is made at any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of several days before departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

For any partial or full cancellation, an admin fee of AUD: 250 shall be charged by Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner on per person basis.

No refund shall be provided for any denied entry by the immigration or customers department of Australia.

For any refund Tourwala’s local Australia ground-service partner will assist and endeavour to get the refund amount from the suppliers.

Refund shall only be given to the booking agent after receiving the full refund amount from the suppliers.
